- Corporate Members 1 free per year for each $3,000 in WAA membership dues paid annually
- Professional Members $635 (U.S. Dollars)
- Non-Members $795 (U.S. Dollars)
- Test the Test Participants. Good through December 31, 2010 50% discount.

After you submit this application, you will be taken to the certfication payment page. Your application will not be processed by WAA until your certification payment has been received (if you are a WAA member, don't forget to login to get your discount).
