2009 WA Championship

The WAA is again hosting the Web Analytics Championship. In early April 2009, web analysts will be invited to review the site and traffic data for webanalyticsassociation.org then submit their analytics reports, insights and observations. Like last year, the most insightful presentations will win prizes! Our three new, esteemed judges for this competition will be Stéphane Hamel, Judah Phillips and Dave Rhee. We are also proud to announce that there will be three industry leading analytics tools available. Google Analytics will be joined by two more WAA corporate members, WebTrends and Yahoo! Web Analytics. A special thanks goes out to our judges, our corporate partners and our 2009 competitors.

2009 WAALTER Award: WAA Leadership and Technical Excellence Recognition

The Web Analytics Association has established the WAALTER Awards to recognize companies and individuals who are leaders and innovators in the field of web analytics. The objective is to encourage creative and innovative projects or initiatives that embody the web analytics industry’s best practices. In doing so, WAA hopes to improve the collective knowledge and success of web analytic practitioners.
