Sr. Technical Consultant 

The Senior Technical Consultant (Omniture) is a subject matter expert responsible for leading complex Omniture consulting engagements, managing relationships with key clients, contributing to business development efforts, and acting as a thought leader within Stratigent and the industry.

·         Develop Strategic Roadmaps that help clients develop their digital marketing capabilities into a competitive advantage

·         Lead large-scale implementation, configuration and customization projects and act as a senior technical resource

·         Conduct analysis, design tests, and make recommendations that enable clients to optimize their marketing initiatives, web properties, and more

·         Integrate Omniture products with email management, voice of the customer, data warehouse, testing, and other products

·         Develop client relationships with key accounts

·         Handle escalations for key accounts

·         Identify additional business opportunities

·         Drive Omniture, optimization, and project management best practices

·         Mentor junior team members

·         Participate in business development efforts, such as scoping potential projects and providing hours estimates

·         Represent Stratigent at industry events

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Minimum of 4 years experience with Omniture’s Online Marketing Suite, including deep technical expertise in Omniture Site Catalyst, Discover, Data Warehouse, and Test & Target

·         Minimum of 4 years experience developing client relationships

·         Minimum of 3 years experience consulting with clients regarding web analytics or online marketing

·         Minimum of 2 years experience leading large-scale implementation projects

·         Passion and enthusiasm for helping clients develop their digital marketing capabilities into a competitive advantage

·         Exceptional communication and time management/organization skills

·         Willingness to travel

·         Proficiency in JavaScript, Visual Basic, HTML, SQL and web server (IIS, Apache) is strongly preferred

·         The ideal candidate resides in the Chicago metro area or is willing to relocate.
