Stratigent, the global leader in web analytics consulting and marketing optimization, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual with a passion for digital marketing and web analytics.  The position will be based in London, UK. Stratigent’s immense growth, increasing client base and partnerships with many of the major players in the online space such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Optimost, Visual Sciences, Unica and WebTrends, have created a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.

The candidate must possess keen analytics and business consulting skills and will be responsible for assisting clients, some of whom are Fortune 500 clients, in defining solutions for online marketing initiatives.  In addition, the candidate will manage the overall relationship with clients and lead/mentor a team of Consultants and Analysts.  This person will have a crucial role in driving Stratigent’s growth in Europe through the creation of best practices and methodologies, leading sales & business development efforts and acting as a thought leader within the organization and in the industry.

Required Experience:

 

·         Lead engagements that help clients build successful web analytics and marketing optimization that support overall marketing and business objectives.  Engagements may include strategic roadmap development, technology implementations, campaign analysis, visitor engagement modeling, and multivariate testing and optimization.

·         Implement, configure, and customize various web analytics tools to meet client business reporting needs

·         Lead multiple projects, manage daily client integration and identify opportunities for additional business opportunities.

·         Lead, train and mentor a team of Analysts and Consultants.

·         Ensure the highest levels of satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

·         Establish best practices, methodologies and serve as a thought leader within the company.

This Job Requires the Following Skills:

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, marketing, economics, mathematics, or other rigorous technical program: Masters degree preferred but not required.

·         4+ years experience in business consulting, strategic consulting, or leading large-scale web analytics and online marketing initiatives. Web analytics, digital marketing, or search marketing experience a must.

·         Previous experience leading implementations of web analytics solutions preferred but not required.

·         Proven ability to successfully manage clients, projects and teams.

·         Passion and enthusiasm for helping clients develop their digital marketing capabilities into a competitive advantage.

·         Willingness to travel up to 50%.
